The European Union has identified the implementation of structural reforms as a policy priority to set recovery on a sustainable path, unlock growth potential, raise living standards and support the process of convergence in the EU. To help all EU Member States effectively design and implement such reforms, the European Commission established the Structural Reform Support Service (“SRSS”) in July 2015, which evolved into the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support (“DG REFORM”) in January 2020. Within this framework contract, the services to be provided to the Commission, and predominantly to DG REFORM, involve the consultancy services for the implementation of technical support projects in EU Member States under the following policy areas:
1) Revenue Administration and Public Financial Management
(2) Governance and Public Administration
(3) Sustainable Growth and Business Environment
